- Installation trial
1.The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation, fixed with foot bolts;
2.Installation should pay attention to the main body and the vertical level;
3. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine door is fastened;
4. According to the power of the equipment configuration power line and control switch;
5. Add butter to the bearing on the host machine, two to three times per shift, to avoid causing the bearing oil shortage and holding the lower bearing oil tank, the oil pump motor rotates,clockwise,the oil pump is turned on before starting, and thewhite transparent oil pipe is seen to return oil normally before starting normal production.
