1. Products & Quotation
Our products are crushing, screening and mineral processing machinery, including jaw crushers, hammer crushers, vibrating screens, belt conveyors and related spare parts.
All quotations sent by us are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to raw material price changes and production schedule. All technical parameters on the website are for reference only. Final specifications shall be confirmed on the proforma invoice.
2. Payment & Delivery
Prices shown on the website are not binding formal offers. The final price, trade terms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP etc.) will be confirmed by signed PI.
The buyer shall pay 50% of the total amount as deposit. Production will start after we receive the deposit. Once the machine is finished and confirmed to be acceptable, we will arrange shipment.
The buyer shall be responsible for import customs clearance, import duties, local taxes and inland transportation, unless we reach a different written agreement.
The rights and obligations of both parties shall be performed in accordance with the agreed terms.
3. Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty for the whole machine against manufacturing defects. We also provide online remote guidance for installation and operation.
The warranty does NOT cover wearable spare parts such as jaw plates, hammers, liners, screen meshes, bearings and sealing parts.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, overload, improper operation, foreign hard materials entering the crushing chamber, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.
4. Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, drawings, texts and technical materials on this website belong to Xucheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. Unauthorized copying, redistribution and commercial use are prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be responsible for any indirect losses, production downtime loss or profit loss caused by improper operation of the machine.
6. Privacy
Your contact information submitted on our website will only be used for quotation and business communication, following our Privacy Policy.
